  • How many revisions can be made to the design, and is there an additional cost for changes?

We include a reasonable number of revisions in the design process to make sure you are satisfied with the result. After the initial CAD presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to request changes. While minor adjustments are typically included, significant design overhauls or additional rounds of revisions may come with additional costs. We’ll clarify any extra fees upfront before proceeding with major changes.

  • What can I expect to see in the computer-aided design (CAD) presentation?

In the CAD presentation, you’ll receive a detailed visual of your design. This includes a layout of your space with specific features such as pool placement, kitchen elements, or landscape details. We provide high-quality renderings that showcase how your outdoor area will look from multiple angles, along with material specifications like tile, finishes, and more. We also include a video render to give you a complete walkthrough of your new outdoor space before any construction begins.

  • What does the design discovery phase involve, and how do you get a sense of my personal design style?

During the design discovery phase, we’ll have an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, preferences, and lifestyle. We ask questions about how you use your outdoor space, any specific features you want, and design styles you gravitate towards. This phase is crucial for aligning our design with your unique taste, whether it's modern, traditional, or something in between. We use your input to create a tailored design that reflects your style and functional needs.

  • How long does the design process typically take, and what factors could extend the timeline?

The design process usually takes about 10 days, though it may take longer depending on the complexity and size of the project. Larger projects like comprehensive pool and landscape designs naturally require more time for detailing. Factors such as the need for multiple revisions, unforeseen design challenges, or special material considerations can also extend the timeline. We’ll communicate with you throughout to keep the process as efficient as possible.
